I just got a rec tec 700. I've invited family over for Memorial Day. I have a 12 lb brisket, 4 lb pork sirloin roast, and a 3.5 lbs boston butt. Can I cook them all at same time? I know they will all fit, but do I cook them all at the same temp and duration? Any suggestions? Thanks!

The same temp won't be a problem for all of them but the brisket will certainly need to cook longer than the pork.

nah. A 12 pound brisket is gonna take a minute to cook. The 3.5 pound butt I'd guess no more than 5ish hours. You'll need to get that brisket on way before the rest of it.

Sure if ya gotta Temp probe for each piece.

That brisket will cook ~12 hr, so I’d put it on 6 hours or so earlier than the rest.

Brisket first. Not sure if those have upper racks but don't put the pork on later before you've wrapped your brisket, drippings can affect the bark.
