Will be spending one night in Pearland.
What is good place for a great beer or two and good food?
Does Killian’s have a decent beer list?

Ha! BJs Brewhouse in town center has a good beer menu. I would drive to 1001 Westheimer and go to The Hay Merchant for beer. Eat next door.

Kings Biergarten. Highly recommend.
Bakfish brewery is just down the street from the Biergarten.
Never tried Vallensons, which is the new brewery.
Your only legit food choices in Pearland are Killen's 3 places (hamburger joint is just OK) and Grazia. If you can make it to Killens BBQ, it will live up to expectations. Emma's and Lupe Tortilla are decent TexMex. Many on this board will tell you Lupe has the best fajitas in the city, but I would very much disagree.
My burb is a culinary wasteland otherwise, and was entirely without a liquor store until a few months ago. It's the easiest burb commute in the city, but the retail and food scene suck.
ETA: BJ's is mentioned above. That's fine. Just don't stray from the beer menu and the pizza. Everything else is f***ing awful.
ETA2: I probably unfairly labeled Emma's as Texmex. He has alot real mexican food on the menu.
