Pasta 1 quart per pound of pasta, 6-7 servings per pound

the noodles in a pastalaya don't need much water. hell.......they will cook just in the steam.

Quart is 32 oz.
I cook a lot of pastalayas and use a minimum 40 oz of water/stock per pound of spaghetti. The finished dish is slightly moist.
Let us know your ratios and how it came out. Pastalaya is very forgiving and hard to screw up.
