I go about 40 oz to a pound of noodles (always use spaghetti) Pasta is very forgiving and will soak the broth up without getting mushy.

For every 1 pound of pasta, use 4 cups of liquid.

I made it once and lost the recipe. Anyone want to share theirs? I love pastalaya and would enjoy trying to make it again.
