Pastalaya Recipe

I need A good Pastalaya recipe to feed about 8 people can anyone help ?

Well there is the recipe in the Recipes thread.. Or you can just make a normal cajun jambalaya and throw in whatever pasta you like instead of rice.

Here's a picture of Pastalaya (from the recipe Dad just gave) from the Auburn game this past season. Made 2 of these large batches, an 80lb pig, and 7 kegs was just barely enough

That was a total of 30 gals. of Pastalaya, man that stuff went fast....
