Ran into a guy today that works for Buffalo Trace. While we were talking I asked him why they did not release a miniature bottle of Pappy 20 and 23 so more people would have access to it. He squinted his eyes and looked at me about 4 seconds without saying anything. Then he said Hmm and turned around and started to walk off. He then turned around and asked what I would pay for one. I said about $25-$30. He said Hmm again and turned around and walked off.

So what would you be willing to pay for a 50ml bottle?

sounds like a prick

50ml is a tad larger than a shot and shots of 20 yr go for 40ish and 23 yr 90ish

There was a guy on the Bourbon Exchange selling 50mL samples of 15, 20 and something else for $75. I thought it was a great idea. My local store sells pints of Opus One for gift baskets so why not.

Pints of Opus One? Do you mean half bottles?

Half bottle is 375 mL or a pint. They are the same thing.
