Outdoor Kitchen Built In Burner

Anyone have experience with built in burners? I would like to have a counter mount that I can use to boil crawfish or fry fish with beside my Egg and Gas Grill. Most that I see are 12k-18k BTU and most boiling burners are 100k and higher.
Thoughts?

The highest BTU burner I've seen for built in applications is the Lynx power burner, but that only gets you 46,000 BTU. I don't think a flame that powerful is a good idea for a built in kitchen.

I have a natural gas line stubbed out the side of my kitchen. I've run my 10gal jambalaya pot and burner twice, and boiled a sack of peanuts once. "Converted" one of my propane orifices for my normal burner. Haven't invested in a true NG burner yet. If I'm doing crawfish, I want that away from the crowd I'm cooking for so no kids run by and accidentally hit it.

banjo burners go up to 200k.
I have test both banjo and jets and while jets are loud they boil water faster.

Home brewing applications?
That may be a better application to search than woks since it’s boiling water...exactly what he wants to do.
I’d love a big wok setup outside though.

yep. I like using my banjo cause it is quiet but if im brewing during the week i use the jet because it is quicker to get to boil. I wish i had a dual system that i could use the jet to get to boil then a smaller banjo to sustain boil........hmmmmm i might look into making one

Bought one like this on Ebay. 32 jet Nat Gas burner will get your boil going. It's not as fast as propane but I never have to worry about having enough gas to finish, empty bottles, etc. I cut the jet out of a rusted and clogged burner and used the stand. Clamped the burner to the stand with metal clamps.
