Just boil them seasoned-don’t throw seasoning on top of them and you will sell as many as you can boil.

Have a place past Gladewater I believe in Big Sandy and that guy has them lined up buying his. Plenty of people around there will come get them. Good luck.

Just do the right. Be proud of what you serve.

Advertise each fall and spring when Round Top/Warrenton antique fairs take place. That's the only time I've been to Giddings. Had Mexican food there.

ETA: Maybe jambalaya?
