One Minute Microwave Mug Cake

Every now and then I just crave something sweet and I’m a cake lover but don’t want to bake a whole cake just for me so I found this little single serve cake that you cook in the microwave in a coffee mug for 1 minute. It fills up about half a coffee mug when done which I filled the rest of the mug with a couple spoon fulls of ice cream.
So simple and easy and pretty damn good for 1 minute in the microwave. I stole the pic below from the internet but mine looked the same. I had some sprinkles on hand so added them but you can leave them out if you don’t have any.
4 Tbsp all purpose flour
3 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp melted butter
1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 Tsp sprinkles (optional)
Add all ingredients in a coffee mug, stir till blended, cook in microwave 1 minute.

Throw in cocoa powder, some chocolate chips and you have a melty brownie.

This is a good idea. I get hankerings for sweets once a week, but dont keep sweets in my house. And I have all these ingredients.
It'll take me back to my 5–10-year-old age when I was the best baker on my block.

I've done the Keto version with Almond Flour. It's actually not bad.
