Old NOPSI/Entergy New Orleans Recipes Free Download

NOPSI (New Orleans Public Service) was the local power company in NO. They used to put an insert in with your monthly bill and it had many recipes to try.

The company was later acquired by Entergy and Entergy published a cookbook for $20 that I think had all the recipes, and the proceeds going to United Way. Later, it was offered as a free PDF download for a while.

The name of the cookbook is "From Woodstoves to Microwaves".
