Off the Boat Shrimp -- NOLA Area (Also Crabs)

Got an ole boy coming in from out of town, and I'd like to take him to get some shrimp off the boat.
I usually go to Delcambre, but this will be in NOLA.
Also looking for a good place for crabs.
I've had good luck Westwego market, but another source would be good too.

That's my go-to place for selection, price and freshness. They beat the hell out of any retail outlet in the area.
I'm not prone to running out to the bayou country looking for shrimpers, oyster dredgers, crabbers coming back in since they have such varying hour unless you know a fisherman who will let you know when they should get back to port so you can meet them at the dock.

Chalmette is your other option, there are a couple boats there off Paris but hours are more inconsistent.
