from what my NOLA contacts tell me Dorignac's has some of the best wine prices in the area, does anyone know if they give the case discount?

That’s not true. It used to be true but their prices on alcohol have gotten high over the last several years. They have a nice selection but the prices are the same if not higher than Rouses.

Drive across the lake to Aquistipace. They blow away everyone on the south shore, especially for bulk type purchases. Places like Kiefe may beat them for one off specialty purchases, but the south shore's got nothing that can compete with them otherwise. It's sad what Martin Wine Seller has become.

Their selection is good, but I don't find their prices anything too spectacular. Just go to Costco, you won't find a bad bottle of wine there.
