Irene's to close again.

I'm still not sure if this applies to food counters that are not "bars".
If it does, a place like Camellia Grill will never be able to open.

At least one restaurant, the popular French Quarter restaurant Irene’s Cuisine, will temporarily close due to the new rules. Chef Nicholas Scalco said the changes were the final nudge toward a decision he had already been mulling as financial pressures mounted.

I know I'd rather be sitting in a bar where patrons are sipping drinks out of plastic cups and not in a diner where you have coffee cups, plates, bowls, silverware, water glasses for just about every customer who's also helping themselves to ketchup, sugar, other condiments, etc. to season their food.
