NOLA folks, is Lilly's Cafe' still open?

Will be in the city Friday afternoon. The weather will be perfect for pho. If not, what are my best options for similar near the CBD/Canal?

Jealous. Get a spicy shrimp bowl, maybe some spring rolls for me, and live it up.
I have a place here that's a quarter mile away that I walk to, but the broth just isn't as good. It scratches the itch, but I'm always going to hit Lilly's when I go home.
