I needed a good beer troll laugh today. Nola is better than ever.
Warning: Do not try the sour stout !
*Last time I was there the bartender wouldn't shut up about this sour stout they had and said how it was so good. Buddy of mine bought a bottle took one sip and spit it out on the counter. Shite was nasty. Smelled like tootsie roll and prune arse water.

Definitely just you. They've put out some of the best beers they've ever made now that a new President is in. Great IPAs and per usual sours crush it.
They've also filtered out the riff raff by cutting it down to two free beers during tours instead of unlimited. The neighbors used to just come by and put their mouths under the spicket for an hour and a half.
Their programming is also much better as the anniversary party I went to where they had Boogie Long and Robert Randolph was one of the best events I've been to in this town in a long time.
