Sorry make that Caesars New Orleans.

NOBU

Thought this might be a possibility when they announced the hotel project, seeing as they have a Nobu Hotel inside of Caesars Las Vegas. Wonder if Canal Street will stop being such a shithole with this and the Four Seasons anchoring this end.

Whoa. That's actually kind of big, NOBU is great.

Not sure Nola area has the pocketbooks to sustain it but its really good sushi.

Yeah I haven't been to the one in NYC but the one at Atlantis was very solid and exceeded my expectations. Will be interesting to see how the chefs involve New Orleans cuisine with their menu.

The fact there are so many high end places on, anchoring, or right off of Canal, that coexist with boarded up buildings, human filth, drug addicts and homeless is but one example of the criminally derelict leadership of this city.

But keep voting the likes of Teedy in Y'all! She keeps it real!!

Because the decisions they make aren’t based on logic or reason.

If they did they would be going all out to clean up and revitalize Canal Street and policing it thoroughly.

But it’s all about woke nonsense.

Hopefully they don't. That already exists at Tsunami, Origami, etc.

Just do what they do best everywhere else.

It will be in the Harrah's hotel. They will do fine. Brand recognition, high dollar guests, and casino comps.

Found the guy who’s not in the know and able to get a spot at Nagomi.

Nagomi is like a 1500 sqft 12 seat operation. Nobu will be a massive space with 200+ seats. Supporting a tiny boutique omakase restaurant is completely different than supporting a massive high end operation like Nobu. However, Nobu won't have a problem here considering the association with and location inside Harrah's/Caesar's.

I’ve been to Nagomi multiple times. I’ve been eating Koz’s food from his time at Shogun through his pop up at Ohm on many occasions.

It sits 12 people, 24 people a night. Nobu can sit hundreds and hundreds in an evening and is even more high dollar when I’ve been to it.
