Noble Wave will be the first brewpub in Baton Rouge and the first establishment of its kind to break the current mold of the service industry.
We believe great beer should bring people together, so you won't find Noble Wave on store shelves. Instead, you'll find it served straight to the pint at our future home at the Electric Depot.

Noble Wave Brewpub will be bringing delicious new beers and New York style pizza to Baton Rouge in the fall of 2018!

The space will include more than 100 seats for customers, a second floor mezzanine overlooking the bar, a covered outdoor patio and retro-futuristic decor.

Mid City has been our target for our first location since the beginning - the neighborhood is already the epicenter of so many of the things we love about Baton Rouge, and Electric Depot is only going to further that positive energy.

I was excited...

Right up until it said mid-town.
Oh well, we'll have to see how this goes.

Yeah I would hate to drive that far, I like the location of Southern Craft but the beer sucks

Great if it happens, but I'm more interested/curious in the overall redevelopment of this whole facility. Would be a big feather in the Redevelopment Authority's cap if it were to come to fruition. We shall see.

We never ventured west of Eugene when I was a kid. Has that area gentrified?

Hopefully this is big step towards some gentrification. We'll see though considering TPTB running this city.
