Texas de Brazil in Perkins Rowe. The place that used to be the Grape in Perkins Rowe had a decent menu last time I was there.
If by "nice" you mean "upscale," those two places are the only ones I can think of.
If you mean "good," I'd throw in Albasha (on the other side of I-10 on Bluebonnet) and La Reyna (on Perkins just past Siegen) as my go-to places in that part of town. Lots of decent places a notch below.
ETA: Second the motion on Ninos.

Last time I was in BR to visit my uncle he said to meet him at Perkins Rowe then we'd figure out where to go for dinner around there. Ended up just driving over to Ruth's Chris. Was an excellent decision.

Beausloiel is good and it's not that far away from PR. But no good places in PR or around other than Lagniappe

You guys are all obviously forgetting about the new Applebees in PR. Those cold pork sliders are awesome!!!!

I would second Nino's if you're insisting on something right by Perkins Rowe.

I passed by there not too long ago. I think the name of it was Bistro 77 or something like that. They had the menu outside on the wall and the only thing I can remember is everything was priced at x amount of dollars and 77 cents.

Nino's (across Bluebonnet near Buffalo Wild Wings)
I've heard the restaurant in the Renaissance Hotel is pretty good also.
