There's a new food truck/trailer called Tacos y Baleadas behind the Dominos heading towards Foxy's/Gymfit. So far I've had the baleadas, tacos, and gorditas--all fantastic and very cheap. Might be the best baleada I've ever had.
Give em a shot if you're in the area.

What is a baleada?
Do they make a good burrito? I am yet to find a truly exceptional burrito in Baton Rouge.

A baleada is a big fresh flour tortilla folded in half with refried beans, scrambled eggs, cream, avocado, a little crumbled cheese, and occasionally another protein inside. Great for breakfast or anytime, really.
Haven't tried their burrito, but they do have one. If it's the same stuff they make their tacos with, I can't imagine it's anything short of good.
