New 36" cooktop

My cooktop went out in my house.
I currently have a 36" 5 burner cooktop. Now is a better chance than ever to upgrade.
Has anyone recently gone through a kitchen remodel or upgraded their appliance that could give me some input. I cook with a large magnalite often. so one large middle burner i feel is important.
Possibly looking into Viking or Wolf?

Also ... My cooktop is fed via propane.

Get one of those hibachi grills. Those are badass for making fried rice.

That outdoor griddle that someone posted on here the other day that is essentially what a hibachi grill is... yea, I want.

Thermador, DCS, or Wolf IMO.
I put a DCS commercial grade in my outdoor kitchen and love it.
