This is a very old classic Italian and if you have never had it try it. You don't like? Call me and I'll clean your kitchen.

Friends bailed this weekend so we're in town and had a great dinner which means I start a new thread. Sucks my kid missed the beach but we'll hit SanDestin nextweekend.

Tomato and Cucs in a Zip lock with balsamic vin and oil, salt and pepper. It stays nice on top of the ice in your ice chest. You do need something to eat it out of...like a disposable bowl and plastic fork.

It's delicious and a classic, actually.

I've done the marinated "brab" claws as well. Definitely a good call.
