So we got my dad a green egg and he went out an bought a crown pork roast to serve for Christmas dinner. Neither him or I have cooked one of these before so I come here for your help on how we should tackle this on the egg. Much appreciated

Put aluminum foil on the rib bones, put it on a pan or aluminum foil under it and stuff the center. Find a good apple cornberead or similar. This allows it to keep its crown shape. I would cook the stuffing halfway then stuff as the pork roast won't take long to cook. Season and put on egg at 300-350. Pull at 145 and let rest 15-20 minutes.

Foolproof Crown Rack of Lamb
Set the oven or BGE to 225, and roast the rack with bones covered until it's 115-120 internal. Take it out and let it rest. And remove the foil on the bones.
Fire up the BGE to full blast getting it scorching hot.
Sear the rack quickly just allowing them to brown to develop a nice crust.
Basically a reverse sear. It will come out perfectly.
