I premade my cornbread dressing and froze it but made a small pan for us to eat on last week and I realized it was kind of dry, didn’t add enough broth/stock before baking. When I reheat the frozen pan tomorrow can I add more stock to it to make it more moist?

I used a simple recipe, boiled and deboned a chicken, added chicken to my homemade crumbled cornbread along with celery, onion and spices. Added the stock from the boiled chicken and baked. Can I add more broth/stock tomorrow and bake without screwing it up? Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Happy Thanksgiving

I don't see this as a problem. Just heat it a bit and then add more chicken stock as it is heating till it gets to the consistency that you are looking for.

Not a problem adding more stock. I would thaw it out though. Stick it in the frig tonight.

Adding stock will work but I would also add some melted butter or bacon grease. Agree you should thaw before doing any of these things.

Thank you all for your response. Just pulled to fridge for defrost and will add more stock tomorrow.
