I want to get a drink dispenser (gallon or so glass jug with spout)
Del Frisco has one with pineapple floating in vodka - looks cool unsure drinks I would make.
At Thanksgiving I made cranberry vodka, apple juice, cranberry juice, and ginger ale drink that was solid.
Looking for any ideas for solid christmas drinks.
Thanks in advance

Pineapple vodka needs no mixer. The sugar and acidity makes a cocktail of sorts. Just serve cold. It’s delicious.
What time is your party?
If morningish, brandy or bourbon milk punch is an easy drink to batch and serve that way. Greyhounds also.
If later you could batch Sazeracs, Old Fashioneds, French 75s, etc.

Sangria with lots of fruit in the dispenser, goes over well with my crew but they like light sweet fruity drinks vs true cocktails

A big batch of Pimm's Cup would look nice in a drink dispenser. Garnished with a variety of sliced citrus fruit, berries, drupes, melon, & grapes.
