Need a quick favor

Kind of in a hurry, don’t have time to use the jambalaya calculator or to look it up, 20 pounds of dry rice, 20 pounds of meat, etc. can I get about 200 bowls of jambalaya from that?

Meat
50 lbs smoked sausage (such as Andouille sausage)
50 lbs boneless chicken thighs or chicken breast
Rice
40 lbs long-grain white rice
Vegetables (Holy Trinity)
20 lbs onions
10 lbs bell peppers
10 lbs celery
Seasonings
2 cups minced garlic
1½–2 cups Cajun seasoning
½ cup black pepper
½ cup paprika
¼ cup cayenne pepper
1 cup dried parsley
1 cup dried thyme
8–10 bay leaves
Liquid
20–25 gallons chicken stock
Other
2–3 cups vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Green onions and parsley for garnish (optional)

You've come to the right place.
And yes, you can get 200 decently filled bowls from that.

I do the juice of 1 lemon for every 3 lbs of chicken.

You don't think that in the time you spent waiting on an actual good response here that you could have found the answer? Google or AI could have given you an answer instantly.
Also have you seen some of the post on here? I wouldn't want their responses to dictate what I do when im trying to feed 200 people. Thats a dangerous game you are playing.
