So we've been going to the chimes east as our go-to place for drinks and apps for several years now, but apparently it's going through a lot of changes. All of our favorite people are gone, and I'm not a huge fan of all the new people. Maybe I just don't like change. So now we need a new place to frequent. Something on the southeast side of br. Not too expensive. Good drinks and apps with a cool atmosphere! Suggestions, PLEASE! We don't mind venturing outside the area.

The Londoner is a good all in one shop. Was there last night with a fairly big table and outside of kind of screwing the orders up, the food was good and drinks were stiff.

idk why or what all has changed internally, but it's not the same staff, and that's what we noticed and aren't too excited about.

i think they're going for the T&A (titts and arse) approach from now on. but i liked the staff before. they always knew what we wanted and were really cool. food's not my fav, but the atmosphere is high on my list.

i've been to the londoner a few times now and it's alright. something is always wrong with our order. but it is a cool place to just sit at the bar for a while.

We hit up Bulldog during Happy Hour 5-7 when it is less crowded because we can drink and still have a little food (their food is decent) so we are not starting the night on an empty stomach. We also frequent Sammys and Londoner (although last time they screwed up my order so bad I am still mad about it lol).

Mason's isn't far from there. I've always had good meals there. Not sure about drink specials but I know they do wings one night and the bar area has lots of TVs.
