I don't think I like anything truly burnt. I think most of the things mentioned so far are only good if they are short of all the way burnt.

Yeah, I'm thinking more of a char than actually burnt.
Burnt means it's got a lot of carcinogens, and those aren't good any which way.

I like the pizza crust to be a LITTLE burnt.
Ironically enough, I ate at pipeline last night and the new cook forgot to turn my pizza in the oven. So one side was slightly burnt. I told them it was okay but they sent me home with a free one. /coolstorybro
