My wife don't like doing wedding cakes ...

Nicely done. It takes more patience and talent than I will ever have to decorate a cake like that.
Mine would be all catawompussed and covered in chocolate icing with no leaves or flowers unless I got out into the garden and cut some and faked it.
She's got some serious talent.

When she is in the zone, and I casually stroll to the fridge to drink orange juice out of the jug, she will yell at me to get out of the kitchen!!!!

I have no idea. She has a very full-time job, but she's always in the kitchen, it's her happy place.

Yes she made those, and painted them with a tiny little spray paint gun.
And they're edible.
