I'm glad you posted this and enjoyed the subsequent discussion. Seems like there are some folks who need to get some things off their chest and this was a good conduit.
40 bucks is a solid price for all that food + a bottle of wine

Didn't read the whole thread but it looked great to me. No reason to spend $80 or even close to that on a lasagna.
