That's a good idea.



I checked yelp. looks like only Asian fish markets are listed on this side of town.

Know anything about Asian fish markets?

don't know too much. All i have done is ask them the english name of a fish i think looks fresh, buy it, and google preparation ideas when i get home if they can't suggest something i can do.
