Looks pretty tasty.
I smsoked ribs and a chicken on Monday in my barrel. They came out pretty nice as well.

very nice... I wonder if a brine would make it even better?

I did 12 bone in breasts for Mother's Day. I brined for a little over 4 hours and they were juiciest I've ever done.

I have also really started using Brine on pork loins..... really moist and tender

For pork loins I've been injecting them with homemade marinades. Family won't eat them any other way now.

I think both injecting and a brine would be great.... I will try that next

Just be careful with your salt in the injection.
I've been using this injection lately. It's just off the internet but it has supposedly won a bunch of BBQ competitions. It's delicious. For the outside I've just been doing a little softened butter glaze of real butter, garlic and a little slap ya mamas. I rub a little on the outside before it goes on the pit then melt the rest and use it as a baste throughout.
1 cup apple juice or cider
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons slap ya mama
2 tablespoons brown sugar

I've never ever have brined anything.

It's not a requirement by any means but it's a good way to get some different flavors penetrated into the meat.
