And thankfully trying to get one on it's sister, Pinot Noir. The heated competition between regions has been providing some very good wines (unfortunately some very, very bad ones too from the people who forget slow and steady win the race).

Had it for the first time this year. Reminded me of some of the great Torrontes wines I used to drink from Salta when I lived in Argentina. It's one of those wines for which I'd pay a couple of bucks just to smell the wonderful aroma.

I generally love aromatic whites but for whatever reason i've never liked Malvasia. Palmina, top to bottom, is making some fantastic stuff.
