Count, if you open the links, they all contain the definition of coleslaw and not one of them says it only contains mynez.

Here's the Merriam-Webster definition.

Main Entry: cole·slaw
Pronunciation: \ˈkōl-ˌslȯFunction: noun
Etymology: Dutch koolsla, from kool cabbage + sla salad
Date: 1794

: a salad made of raw sliced or chopped cabbage

It's been around since the 1700's. No mynez even mentioned. I didn't grow up with mayo based coleslaw with the exception of the garbage in the school cafeteria, so you threw me with the mayo stuff. Now, if you just don't like cabbage, at all, I understand, but coleslaw is not ONLY cabbage and mayo. Just ain't. You are wrong.

Yes I have. Most blue cheese dressings are a combo of mynez and sour cream.

KA-frickING-BOOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

Back to the mushrooms...

I like to grill whole portabellos to serve with steak. Onion and garlic powder with some fresh pepper and Tony's on the scaly part. Grill till done.

I love Drago's oysters, but you can't find good oysters up here in Memphis. I've taken to buying a package of Joey's oysters and sauteeing in a little butter and garlic. Then I take a whole grilled portabello mushroom, upside down, and poor some of the oyster/butter mix on top. Toss a little parmesan on top. Not exactly Drago's, but it's in the ballpark.

I still like you, Count, even though you don't know that cole slaw can be made without mynez. Now, you went and hurt my feelings.

I love portabella mushrooms, grilled, sauteed, roasted, stuffed...

I have never seen a cole slaw NOT made with Mayo. Per my post in the current Mayo thread, I have surrendered to the cole slaw gods.

Sorry if I hurt your feelings. No wonder you dont venture often to the OT....

I don't click on the OT much. I don't have the time to read that many forums, unfortunately. Maybe I'll just come over there and see what you're talking about, once and a while.
