One of the Dinner Labs I attended had them, a little on the small side, but very good. They were served raw with a topping including minced cherries is memory serves. They were very good

Several guys from LSU own a similar farm called Navy Cove Oysters in Fort Morgan

Those navy cove oysters are legit.
Smaller operation than murder point, but the best oysters I have ever had.
Honestly, they've ruined me on oysters, as I can no longer eat cheap raw oysters.

I went back and found the pics of the murder point oysters. I was mistaken, must have been another Dinner Lab with the minced cherries on the oysters, regardless, these were excellent.

I had these at Nuit Belge and are some of the best I have ever had.

I was at that dinner. Favorite part of the meal was those oysters. They were so clean tasting. The rest of the meal was rather meh though.

Yep, I think it was one of the least favorite DLs that I attended. Some of the first ones I went to were really good. but the quality really started slacking at the end...

No need for hot sauce, horse radish, crackers or cocktail sauce. These oysters that are grown this way are are meant to being eating the way nature grew them.
