Made 2 batches this weekend, this stuff is great, anybody have a better recipe or something else they add?
2 cups rolled oats
1 green apple grated
1 cup skim milk
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 banana chopped
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
2 tablespoon slivered almonds
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup strawberries sliced
1 tablespoon honey
Juice from 1/2 of Meyer lemon
Mix together and let sit overnight, serve topped with more fresh fruit
Some things I think would be good additions include coconut, fresh peaches, pears, cinnamon, red apples, pecans, hazelnuts etc

Maybe some dried fruit, pistachios for just a bit of saltiness.
I've got a hundred Meyer lemons frozen on my tree.

I know the feeling, I have a satsuma tree at the office with probably 500-750 fruit still on it that will be lost this weekend, for some reason it was very late ripening and the fruit were not worth eating till the week before Christmas, and they finally turned , and were sweet as candy, we have been eating as many as we could, but at this point in the season everyone was tired of them
