I love the taco and burrito express on sherwood. the enchiladas verde is money. their specials are also really good. lots of local mexicans eat there (many time my friends and i are the only gringos present) so you know it is good.
also the women behind the counter is super nice. If they could remodel the interior and change the outside a little (to not look like a taco bell) this place would do really well

the wife and i go there at least once every two weeks. always the only gringos. closest thing in br to the mexican food i was used to eating in cali.

I went to juanitas supermarcado last week and it was pretty good, and although I haven't been to Mexico I assume it was authentic. Mexican coke
