Damnit, I was waiting for fig boy to give me a list, just for my satisfaction.

Guess i'm still stuck back in 2003 when there wasn't a lot to choose from.

I've been to 2 of 3, but I wouldn't really put these up there when it comes to expensive dining. I mean more towards 100 dollar minimum meals. There's not a whole load of them out here.

Dude...I'd sooner eat a greasy arse cheeseburger from that roach shack Raoul's than spend money at The Melting Pot.

In fact, I'd bath in the grease trap at Raoul's before crossing the threshold into ANY Melting Pot location.

I know the Pot's food isn't nearly worth the money you pay, but damn!

I would rather a 50 dollar gift card to any one I listed than a 100 card to the melting pot...just saying

I'm just truly floored that you're defending this place.

Wait--are you a chick? I'm serious.

Nah, not defending it. I worked there for almost 3 years. Made a lot of friends and a hell of a lot of good times.

I just said the food is not worth what you pay for. I used to eat full meals there for less than 10 bucks. That is fricking awesome. I am just saying that in BR, where there isn't a boatload of expensive restaurants, that the pot is one of them.

The owner and some of the managers when I was there were assholes, I don't recommend the place to anyone other to just try it for the experience.

Just FYI, the list I posted that you overlooked were mostly expensive, non-chain restaurants, and another poster came up with a few more.

fig boy, this is my last time at banter with you. I stated further along that it's not one of the top 15, I meant it as top 10-15 priciest places in BR.

Go get a degree from a major university man. I can't stand to deal with high school educated people

Dude you need to chill out. You obviously are making yourself look really stupid. Go ahead and name me 15 better restaurants. I don't need to list where I eat to justify myself, but sorry dude, if we're talking Baton Rouge, it's up there.
