Interesting. Thanks for posting. I would love to have that cookbook.
Wonder why anyone would down vote this?

I have that cookbook, though I've never cooked out of it.

Friend,
Grandmother owns a copy of this book, I believe first edition. Perhaps if you come for the lobster steam at the house in a few weeks, assuming I can get the F-350 tour bus running or rent a Budget truck, you can have a look. The photo of the cookbook above, I believe is a 1985 edition. The first edition's dust cover has a stuccoed brick wall for backdrop with a plate of lettuce, tomato, carrot, squash, eggplant, and soup to the fore.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

Well, that sounds good. I like old cookbooks and I like to try new things. Gulf Coast cuisine is about three doors past wonderful.
But what I'm wondering, still, is why the down votes? Is Lena Richard some sort of controversial lady? I know nothing about her. Never heard of her before reading this thread.

Friend,
There is no such thing as an F-350 tour bus. I'm afraid you may have possibly been swindled. You should contact one of your legal acquaintances to see about your options for rectifying the sellers misrepresentation. I hope this may explain the issues you are having with getting the vehicle repaired and that the bus will be on the road swiftly.

It’s in the top rules of the internet: Anyone who mentions upvotes and downvotes is automatically downvoted.
