Y’all have some recs on some good ones? Not necessarily looking to fully transition to this, but would like to start incorporating more of this into our daily diet. We have a history of heart disease in my family and the cardiologist recommended the diet as a preventative.

Thanks.

Blog, not a cookbook, but she has good recipes in my experience.

The Mediterranean Dish Blog

If you are an America's Test Kitchen fan, they have a Mediterranean cookbook.

Right now, I'm eating a lot of tomato, cucumber, and onion salad with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and greek seasong added.
