The all time best biscuits were from a place called Mrs. Winners in Baton Rouge. Very similar to Popeyes. Since they closed a long time ago I would say the best biscuits are:
1. Popeyes
2. Hardees
3. Whataburger
4. Wards
5. The gas station at the old agency exit in Madison. I think Chevron. Gotta go before 8am.
