No, it's your typical white gravy, but they use flank steak (grilled first, then deep fried).

Gotcha.


Sounds weird and is probably one of the worst things you can eat, but I really like green enchilada sauce and Mexican cheese melted on my chicken fried steak.

Why eat at Superior when you can get cheaper and better at La Carretta's right accross the street?

i haven't been to superior for happy hour in years .. do they still have serious arse running around there for thursday happy hour ?
