Maintaining and cleaning a built in wooden butcher block

Please, what suggestions do you have for maintaining a built in wooden butcher block? I see Howard oil, conditioner and cleaner on Amazon but am not sure about whether all three are needed.
The block is probably ten years old, but new to me.
Thanks.

Boo's mystery oil and board cream. Amazon has them. It keeps my boards virtually stain proof.

I’ve never used anything but soap and water and mines at least 30 years old

Disinfect with white vinegar and coarse salt. You can condition it with food grade mineral oil.

Mineral oil and board wax. Clean board with soapy sponge then wipe off. If it smells you can spray with vinegar water mixture or even put baking soda on it for a day or two. Then cover with mineral oil and let it all soak in. Then do it again. That’s the most important part. Once it can’t soak any more oil, wipe away excess and then finish it with the board wax. That will get it nice and refreshed
