Spaghetti Meat Sauce receipe
So we ate spaghetti earlier this week and we frequently use Pioneer Woman's spaghetti meat sauce. We do a half portion of her recipe. That feeds 4 people and then has enough left over to make lasagna or another meal or so of spaghetti.
Then I took bits of a lasagna recipe I found and layered as follows:
*top*
Parm (shredded and grated) - probably about 3/4 cup total
Meat sauce + .5 lb browned breakfast sausage
Shredded Moz
Cottage Cheese/Ricota mix (see below)
Noodles
Meat sauce + .5 lb browned breakfast sausage
Shredded Moz
Cottage Cheese/Ricota mix (see below)
Noodles
The Cottage Cheese/Ricota mix was: 2 beaten eggs, 2 cups cottage cheese, 1 cup ricota mixed together.

Looks delicious! Are those lasagna noodles longer than the norm? They look so long in the photo.

For that pan they were for sure. They were Luxury brand in the box. I had to cut about 2 inches off of each one.
