It gets a lot of hate on here, but I really like Burgersmith. In fact, the first time I went was after I read the comments on here, so I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. Can't beat the 2-for-1 Smith burgers on Tuesday after 8pm... I like the Cajun bratwurst as well, and their loaded fries

I tried to call in a turkey burger yesterday. The girl answered the and asked me to hold on. She just held the phone and I could here her finishing her casual conversation with someone. After waiting a bit, I hung up.

Only location I’ve been to is the new one on Perkins/Highland, but it’s always been solid
