Pretty big pressure cooker to cook a whole sack

I do small batches in the crock pot overnight. I just use salt and liquid concentrate crab boil.

I use an 8 quart cooker, 8-10 cups of peanuts, fill up with water to the fill line, add 6 tbsp of zatarains crab boil, 4 tbsp minced garlic (jar type), and if you have any 3 tbsp Tabasco pepper pulp (bought from Avery Island), stir to blend. Place on burner, once it starts steaming I time for 30 minutes, turn of and let steam down on its own. No salt needed and they are just right for us. I quit using the boil forever method 10 years ago.
