Nanette Mayhall! She also does cakes for Beausoliel. Her red velvet and German chocolate are awesome. Also, white chocolate raspberry.

This is our go to place for cakes. We started going here about two years ago and won't go anywhere else now.

And reasonably priced vs. Gambino's or Baum's.
