Looking for a quality place to order Elk meat

Would like some medallions, steaks and a roast. Have seen prices all over the map, but was hoping someone here could give me a real recommendation without spending $50/lb.

Drive to a ranch in Texas and kill and elk cow. Prolly get away for around 800 or less.

I can’t remember prices off the top of my head, but Pete’s Fine Meats in Houston sells Elk meat

Sadly you probably could go shoot some high fence cow and it be cheaper

Bear meat. $89.95/lb. for filets. Anyone ever try that?
