Looking for a place in BR for dinner tonight

Just moved back and was hoping to try something new. Not really concerned about the type of food just that it's good. I'm not an OT baller so moderately priced.
I've been to Coyote Blue and Zea way too much lately so those are out. Preferrably not a typical run of the mill BR place either.

Due to the area that seems to fit your bill, Chelsea's on Perkins. The bill will not do damage to the wallet.

Always a great choice.
I strayed from there earlier in the week and gave Pinettas a shot...I've heard mixed things about Pinettas and decided I'd give it a shot. Not even in the same league as Digulio Bros. I probably will not be eating at Pinettas again.

I'll go back, but only to give them a bottle of Pledge and a rag.

Stroube's
Maybe a little much for this guy.
You want great atmosphere and good food? I got two completely different places.. both AWESOME.
Sammy's on Highland. This place is ALWAYS PACKED. There is always nice scenery there as well. Good consistent product as long as you stick with what they do best. Southern food.. not Italian. I suggest the Fried Mozzaralla sticks, chicken club, and chicken fried steak or chicken (they will do both). Very moderate pricing. Range $9-18/entree. Average $10-12/entree. Wait for your table in the bar. Enjoy the buzz of energy that fills that place.
Rama Excellent Thai food in a HOLE IN THE WALL. This place is a gem. I cant judge curry, but their Pad Thai and Mee Krob are large and delicious. Shrimp Chips with peanut sauce, the duck wraps, and shrimp tempora are great apps. Ive always eaten here with a date with 3 courses with 2-3 boxes of leftovers with a bill under $35.

again... a little pricey for this guy. Hes not OT baller, ya jerks. Poor guy is gonna get sticker shock at these joints. But like Stroube's, also really good.

Portobello's in the same shopping center as Beausoleil but much more reasonable.
