Where should we go for a good steak in Knoxville. I'd like to try a local place but will take a chain (just not Ruth's as we have that local)

Local would be Ye Olde Steak House. Calhoun’s ale steak is good if you want something cheap.
Copper Cellar or Chop House are options too.

Chop House, is good from what I hear. Only been their once but from what I understand you can pick your own steak. Have it cooked in front of you or cook it yourself. Yes I'm from here. Kingston pike west knoxville I think. Google it.
