OOPs! Excuse me, you are absoulety correct. All of the other dishes I named have tomato, but etoufee does not! MY BAD!! I make crawfish etoufee' and it does not have tomato, but I make shrimp creole, which is the same ingrdients as an etoufee, except for the addition of tomato. I enjoy cooking, always have. I have just in the past few years started cooking more dishes with tomato in it, because my husband likes it that way. It's ALL GOOD! YUM
